Giannos is a partner in the firm. He joined Dalakos Fasolis Law Firm as an associate in 2009 and became a partner in January 2019. He has been practicing law since 2009 and is qualified to practice before the Court of Appeal since 2014. He is also a trained and certified mediator. He specialises in maritime, yachts, corporate, commercial, banking, finance, real estate, hotels and leisure. He is also an experienced litigator and mediator.
Giannos advises shipping companies on all shipping, commercial and corporate matters from corporate structuring to ship sale and purchase, vessel employment and management. He has a depth of experience in ship financing transactions and also provides specialist legal advice in all matters relating to yachts.
Giannos has experience in the corporate and commercial sector, providing legal advice in a wide range of matters, including commercial agreements, domestic and international corporate structures and joint ventures.
He also provides focused legal services in the real estate, hotels and leisure industry on all matters relating to commercial and residential transactions and hotel financing, development and management.
Giannos’ experience as a shipping and commercial litigator involves client representation before Greek courts in disputes arising from breach of commercial contracts and maritime claims. He also handles arbitration and mediation procedures and has gained experience in negotiation, settlement and alternative dispute resolution.
