Dalakos Fassolis Theofanopoulos Law Firm is always interested in hearing from talented and ambitious qualified lawyers who have expertise in our core sectors or from those who believe they can help the firm to expand its service.

We are looking for people with a strong academic record, outstanding legal skills and a genuine passion for our core sectors. However, we also value sharp commercial mind, keen business acumen and exceptional problem-solving skills. Our lawyers need to be able to analyze how the law works and be creative but pragmatic in their interpretation of it.

Dalakos Fassolis Theofanopoulos Law Firm’s aims to identify the best and brightest legal graduates to bring into our firm and support to their development through to qualification.

We look for trainees who are bright, commercially-focused and hard working, who understand clients’ demands and expectations, who show a commitment to learning and who will continue to learn throughout their careers.

Because of our small intake, we provide meaningful responsibility, a supportive environment, challenging and important work, alongside leading lawyers in their respective sectors, and opportunities to improve their legal skills, develop their commercial awareness, gain a depth and breadth of experience to eventually become the best lawyer they can be.

Dalakos Fassolis Theofanopoulos Law Firm’s secretaries are a driving force in its business and are integral to providing excellent client service. In fact, there is very little of our work that they do not influence. From keeping and organising the firm’s diary and handling communications with clients and email correspondence to coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements and preparing documents, our secretaries ensure that the firm runs efficiently and effectively.

Strong secretarial and technical skills are essential. In addition, secretaries are also required to be able to demonstrate professionalism, have strong interpersonal skills in terms of their interaction with colleagues and clients alike, strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent oral and written English skills, a pragmatic and common sense approach to their work and a commitment to client service.

In order to provide a seamless service, Dalakos Fassolis Theofanopoulos Law Firm is always looking to employ paralegals and interns on a temporary basis. Our paralegals and interns support the firm’s partners, associates and trainees on a range of transactional and research work, gaining a valuable insight into the workings of a legal practice.

No formal paralegal qualifications are necessary but paralegals and interns should be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, enthusiasm and self-motivation in the face of what can sometimes be fairly routine work.
