Dalakos Fasolis Law Firm’s aims to identify the best and brightest legal graduates to bring into our firm and support their development through to qualification.

We look for trainees who are bright, commercially-focused and hard working, who understand clients’ demands and expectations, who show a commitment to learning and who will continue to learn throughout their careers. Because of our small intake, we provide meaningful responsibility, a supportive environment, challenging and important work alongside our lawyers and opportunities to improve their legal skills, develop their commercial awareness and gain a depth and breadth of experience.

Dalakos Fasolis Law Firm’s secretaries are a driving force in its business and are integral to providing excellent client service. There is very little of our work that they do not influence, from keeping and organising the firm’s diary and handling communications with clients and email correspondence to coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements and preparing documents. Our secretaries ensure that the firm runs efficiently and effectively.

Strong secretarial and technical skills are essential. In addition, secretaries should demonstrate professionalism, have strong interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills, excellent oral and written English skills, a pragmatic and common sense approach to their work and a commitment to client care.

In order to provide a seamless service, Dalakos Fasolis Law Firm is always looking to employ paralegals and interns on a temporary basis. Our paralegals and interns support the firm’s partners, associates and trainees on a range of transactional and research work, gaining a valuable insight into the workings of a legal practice.

No formal paralegal qualifications are necessary but paralegals and interns should demonstrate attention to detail, enthusiasm and motivation.
