Michaella joined the firm in 2014 as a trainee and since 2016 as an associate. Michaella has been practicing law before the Court of First Instance since 2016. Her areas of expertise are maritime law, corporate and commercial law and labour and employment law, focusing particularly in civil and commercial litigation.
She has been representing clients before the Greek courts in maritime, commercial and civil litigation, mainly in disputes arising from breach of commercial contracts, maritime claims, marine insurance claims, ship arrests, marine labour and employment matters as well as personal injury of seamen, corporate disputes and disputes in tort. She is also involved in criminal cases and litigation arising from her clients’ conduct and pro bono cases.
She also advises clients in a wide range of shipping and corporate work, including ship and yacht sale and purchase, ship financing transactions, ship collision and salvage, marine insurance and labour, Greek and offshore corporate structuring, commercial and corporate transactions and labour and insurance matters.
