Nikos is a founding and senior partner of Dalakos Fassolis Theofanopoulos Law Firm. Coming from a long line of commercial lawyers dating back to 1921, he started practicing law in 1984. He is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court. Nikos specialises in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, as well as in corporate, commercial, intellectual property, media, entertainment, yachts and real estate.

Nikos’ expertise as a civil and commercial litigator covers most of our core sectors. Specifically, he represents clients before Greek courts of all levels and advises them on the most critical litigation issues, from breach of commercial agreements, corporate disputes and insolvency proceedings to tort, infringement of intellectual property rights, employment and labour law disputes and maritime claims. He also represents his clients in criminal litigation and in arbitration and mediation procedures. Nikos also handles applications before the European Court of Justice and international arbitration tribunals.

Nikos has a depth of experience in the intellectual property, media and entertainment sector, having acted as an in-house lawyer for more than twenty years of Audiovisual S.A., a leading media and entertainment company, and its affiliates Ster Cinemas, On Productions and Allou Fun Park. He provides clients with legal advise on all matters relating to the media and entertainment sector, from publishing, advertising, TV, film, music and radio broadcasting, gaming and other audiovisual products to corporate structures, capital markets, commercial agreements, financing and employment.

Nikos advises clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial and financial matters, including commercial agreements, domestic and international corporate structures, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, restructures, liquidation and insolvency, as well as capital markets and IPO procedures.

Nikos has also extensive experience in real estate and hotels and in the yacht market.
